Spots taken up by 3 Volts. 1 not charging. Need to have a separate charging station just for volts.

Both spots were taken when I arrived. One of the vehicle was finishing charging but driver never came back. Fortunately, the driver of the another vehicle was back then I could charge. When I leave the parking the other spot was taken by normal Prius Hybrid that did not need a charging station, which was not acceptable for EV driver.

Drove here 100% electric from Hotel in Covina (120V overnight) in occasionally heavy traffic. Charged for 1.5 hours while visiting Tesla Store and lunch. Second spot for the time we were here (13:25 - 15:00) was charging a new Toyota RAV4EV with Michigan plates (factory prototype) ! Moved on to Newport Beach City Hall.

2 new 208v/70a Tesla HPC chargers have been installed on the lower level of the garage, below the J chargers. Leaf and a Volt were using the J chargers while I was there.

Same experience as the previous check in. I wanted to try out the new Tesla J-1772 adapter. Called the 800 on the charging unit, they unlocked the charger remotely. No fee for charging.

There are 2 Coulomb Charge Point J1772 connectors powered at 30amps. I used the new Tesla J1772 adapter that Tesla is now selling on their website. I went here to charge "for fun" to see how the connector would work. The Charge Point has images of several credit cards on the front and the machine said to “waive my pass” in front of the reader so I could unlock the connector from the base. Of course, I’ve never used one before, so I didn’t have a pass. I called the number on the front of the box and it connected me to some call center in India, where a man asked me what machine I was using (I gave him the info off the reader screen) and asked for my name, email, address and phone number. I was expecting to have to give him my credit card info next, when he told me, much to my delight, that this connector was FREE! So he’d be mailing me a Charge Point pass in the mail for future uses. He then remotely unlocked the connector from the base so I could use it, and then waited on the phone to make sure the car was charging. VERY COOL.
