all four charging spaces were empty. Did one hr charge successfully. Good food and atmosphere. Proof I can get from Athens to EV meeting next time. (This was a day-time trial run. :-)

I've charged up several times over the past week. Everything is working great! And we now have status here on all four units -- the "middle left" unit wasn't showing status here at Recargo, but that got fixed on Monday.

OK, it took me two weeks of stopping by and reverse engineering, but I've now corrected the station names. That's the first and last time I will bother trying to enter station details like this, as it didn't go well ... Recargo admins, please get someone to fix the Blink status on the "middle left" charger. Blink's system now has proper status on all four, but that one is not making it into your system.

I just now got Blink to fix the last station in their database, so Recargo should be able to pull status for all four units now. Position names are all still incorrect.

Oh, two more things: A local TV station (WGCL, the CBS affiliate) did a news story about this location! http://www.cbsatlanta.com/story/21087793/local-tavern-installs-electric-car-charging-stations The asphalt has been painted bright green. The stripes aren't in yet so it's still tricky to figure out where exactly to park if you're the first one there, but I'm sure they'll have that striping work done soon. Manuel's really is a landmark in this town, and these stations enjoy fantastic placement right by the entrance. The whole time I was on the phone with Blink, I had people walking past with that puzzled/curious look on their face. GREAT outreach spot!

I spent an hour here today "fixing" these stations. All four have had various problems since installation two weeks ago, and so I got on the phone with Blink and worked through the problems with them. Thanks go to Blink guy Kevin who worked with me to fix these. Numbering the stations from left: #1: RF ID card reader doesn't work, but you can use your smartphone to get an access code, or call Blink and they'll activate it over the phone; they knew about this problem and will fix it. #2: Working great, but it wasn't in the Blink system!!! This is why the Blink map only showed three EVSEs at this location. They are fixing this now. #3: The EVSE's data connection (via cell data network) isn't working so it can't read cards and Blink can't monitor or control it, so it has reverted to FREE mode. This station is FREE until Blink gets someone to come visit it. #4: Would error out when reading my card. While on the phone with Blink it started working, so who knows. So, after working through these with Blink, all of these are working more or less, although the #1 (far left) unit is degraded. While I was there tonight we had 3 of these 4 stations in use. Come by next Wednesday (Feb 20th) at 6pm during our monthly EV club meeting and you'll see ALL of these in use and many EVs on display, including some Tesla Model S EVs!

Working great! Until they get some signage / asphalt markings in, these spaces will definitely be ICEd during evening hours. Also the current lines on the asphalt are confusing, so hopefully they will correct those when they redo markings. The station I charged at was free. Another station's display didn't look right.

AT LAST! The local EV community has been working on getting chargers into this location for a full year; this is a great, central location and where we have our monthly meetings (third Wednesday, 6pm). The physical installation was completed yesterday and the stations are in the process of being activated by Ecotality today. I tested this morning and most already worked. Manuel's plans to reserve the parking spots for EVs, and I think there may be a ribbon cutting event on Feb 20th at the next monthly meeting of EV enthusiasts.
