(Bad - Could Not Charge) The AVCON is stuck in the "Protection" state. The two SPI appear to be disconnected.

(Didn't Charge - Site Looked OK) It would be nice if these were upgraded to J17720. The LPIs do nobody any good, the Avcon is only minimally useful.
