Finding the charge station was difficult, no signs that I could see. Charge point system completely incomprehensible to me. Finally called number on charger and had to go through a whole account set up procedure. Poor cell service and too much time wasted and I finally said forget it, I'll park on the street. Also to be charged for parking as well as a charge is a rip-off. There is a parking garage at the Omni just up the street and others in New Haven where you pay for parking only. Use them.
