$2 for two hours of charge only plus normal parking fees. Be advised the charger stops automatically at after two hours, requires another card swipe to start again. Right across the street from the EMP.

Had to pay $2, but only gained 4 bars over 4 hour period. Didn't work with any of my charging network cards/dongle. Charge seemed to shut off after a preset time.
