Not sure what the "trick" is. Both units had power, followed directions, but would not start charging.

Eaton unit asks for credit card, but currently charging is free. Unit didn't like my card (requested I try another card), but I plugged in and it started charging.

tried to charge but this site now charges $2 for 2 hours. The authentication of my Visa card failed on all three I tried.

Charge is free even though unit has a credit card swipe unit. In front of Administration building along fence. May be fee for parking if event scheduled.

Both sites were ICED. No EV signage. Eaton chargers are free for the time being. I could have double parked and the cords would have reached - there was plenty of room to do so.
