(Bad - Could Not Charge)
Would not accept guest code for many attempts. Finally accepted the code and started charging only to cut off after 30 sec. After an hour on the phone with Blink we gave up.

2 of 4 charging stations are operational. The two non-functional chargers display a "please wait" message, but the other two work great. The 4 stations are spaced such that they cover 8 parking spaces, most of which were ICEd when I visited, despite good signage.
I found that a fee IS charged to park during the daytime, I'm not sure why the original poster said that it's free. I had to pay $2/hour to park in the garage, but charging is free (well, until Blink changes the fee structure in a few months anyway) once you are in there. Also, please note that partial hours are rounded up and you'll be charged for the next full hour.
