(Bad - Could Not Charge)

Neither station was working. I had too wait 10 minutes on hold on the Blink hotline. One station had a repair order for the screen from three weeks prior that hadn't been fixed yet, the other station had a recent repair order called in. My Volt had to burn gas to get me back home when instead it should have been charged up. A Leaf that plugged in later likewise couldn't get the station working.

This is at the far N end of the mall around the back. 2 Blinks. Note that a DC Charger and two more are going in near Starbucks but not live yet.

The blink stations now require you to enter your zipcode, however the left station's touch screen wasn't responding, making it impossible to do. I was able to charge on the right station however.
