(Good - Charged Successfully) This site is mislabeled. Although the American Academy of Ophthalmology may be near by, or even in the same building, this EVSE spot is for the Beach & Hyde parking garage.
They have several chargers available, all free as of Jan 8, 2013. There is the "Juice Bar" near the entrance, but also some others in the garage.
When I got there the garage was posted as being "full" (and it was) when I explained I needed a charge, the attendant moved a car that was ICE-ing a Chargepoint EVSE and let me charge.
A couple of other notes. The BMW "Drive Now" program is operated out of this garage. The drive now is the EV rental program that BMW ActiveE (as of Jan 2013).
Also note that the Chargepoint EVSE I used was underground and could not communicate to the Chargepoint system. While I was charging, my phone's app could not detect that my car was being charged.

(Good - Charged Successfully) Actually only two very wide spots. A Zip Car was parked on the divider line. Could still fit in on either side.
