Update: They put up a nice wood fence and added signage for EV parking only with a 4hr time limit (new night photos added). There is still a meter on the left spot but not the right so it's not clear if you need to pay for the left. I keep using the right one just in case.

Parking is up the ramp behind the police station in the Pacific Cove Parking lot with public access. There are 2 Chargepoint stations and as of 12/2/11 only the left one had a parking meter that is $0.50/hr 8am-8pm 7 days. Parked my Volt on the right meterless spot and charged for free :-)

When visited 10/9/2011 left charger had a relay stuck closed fault and unusable.

These are actually in the public lot behind the police station. Charged for 3 hours while enjoying the charm of the area. Bring quarters, they charge .25 per half hour to park, charging is free.
