(Didn't Charge - Site Looked OK)

I did not charge my vehicle so I am unsure if it is in working condition. spot was blocked by cones, but ask unsure if it is blocked because they want to keep ICE vehicles out or because its still broken. the price is 0.49/kwh. I didnt charge because I wasnt sure of the condition... but the price confused me as well. is it 50cents for an hour of lvl2 charging? or for each kW used?

I reported this station inoperative about a month ago....and it is still not working.

On Feb 20th I reported this station inoperative, and the person from Chargepoint told me they would forward a report to the technicians. Yesterday the 27th I again tried the station, but it was still unusable.

Good to see the green parking cone is still keeping ICE vehicles out of the charging spot. A nice spot to shop and add power to the battery at the same time....just wish the charging didn't cost 3.00 per hour.

This charging station area has recently been designated for Valet parking use. So in some websites, including the owners website, it has been removed. However, it is still working and if you ask the valet to use it for charging, they will let you.

Charging unit was working as expected. The spot was marked by a cone to keep ICE vehicles from parking and blocking the charge unit. I am happy they continue to keep the space clear for EV's. I am not a fan of paying 3.00 for charging, but it is nice to have if needed and the spot is close to the mall entrance, the Apple Store, and places to eat.

I want to add that numerous several visits the charge unit spots were occupied by gasoline driven cars, until I had commented to management and they began marking the spot with visible cones....( the same problem as the unit in the nordstoms garage on the other end of the mall )

Used this and the Bloomingdales garage location several times. Many times the charge unit was blocked by non-electric cars due to impossible to see signs. It was after several visits I was finally able to park and charge. I commented to the mall management and they agreed to block the space with visible cones. Not sure how that has turned out.
