Eaton DC quick charger is the first truly public DC charger operational in the state of California. It is operating today at somewhat reduced capacity of 40kW, do to wiring limitations.

Called 7 Eleven. The L2 is operational and currently free. The DC quick charge is not operational. They are awaiting approval to install. They said they have the equipment. Approval could come in two days or two months. I will call back for an update next month...
