This was my first time using a QC, and everything went smoothly. The display screen was easy to read. Next time I use a QC, I will leave a note on the windshield with my phone number, so other people who need to charge can call me (the cord is not long enough to reach the adjacent parking space).

Eventually worked fine, though unit's interface could use work. It took time-consuming calls to tech support person who knew little and then a call back from manufacturer to find out that after you plug in, you need to squeeze the lever under the plug so it's fully engaged. (I hope they add markings and modify screen instructions.) So after 8,000 miles and 16 months, I got my first-ever 80% in 30 minutes!
