(Good - Charged Successfully) $0.50 per hour for parking with the car plugged in (12 hours plugged in, but only six hours charging is $6).
Also, there is no parking between 2:00 am to 5:00 am. The sign so declaring is practically hidden, but Barney Fife will give you the $35 ticket anyways.
